Perfume: Bouquet of very complex aromas of ripe fruit, such as the cherry typical of the territory, but with great emphasis on plum, mulberry, mammola and a slight note of licorice.

Taste: Fresh, soft, of good texture, with fine tannins and fruity aromas already visible on the nose.

Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C

Matches: First courses of meat and porcini mushrooms, grilled red meat, cheeses seasoned, but also alone as a meditation companion.
