Color: Ruby red more or less intense with garnet reflections that appear aging. Taste: Fresh, soft, of good texture, with fine tannins and fruity aromas already visible on the nose. Serving temperature: 18°- 20° C Matches: First courses of meat and porcini mushrooms, grilled red meat, cheeses seasoned, but also alone as a meditation companion. |
